Special Comments from Chris Wilmar, Architect
Padthaway, Aboriginal for Good Water is set in magnificent formal gardens surrounded by hedges that incorporate numerous rose gardens, dry stonewalls and towering red gums. The magnificent homestead exudes the ambience of a large and comfortable country house with a stately appearance. Padthaway Estate is an integral part with Lawsons 1847 stone cottage and the converted shearers quarters that function as an exclusive bed & breakfast and wedding destination.
